PICK OF THE DAY:
This 45 minute long piece entrains both sides of the brain separately (be sure to listen using headphones) to substantially improve focus and concentration while keeping you relaxed and feeling good. This track is well suited for studying, working at the computer, and reading. It will also begin to regulate sleeping rhythms as a natural side effect of listening to it on a regular basis. The music is the popular The Four Seasons composition by Vivaldi, which has always been a favorite of mine. Here’s what others are saying…
“I found this track to be extremely effective kept at low volume at my work desk. It is one of my favorite pieces of music, very easy to work and concentrate to. And I was able to keep focussed on my tasks and enjoy the music at the same time! Thank you!” Jeanne
“Wow, that was great! Before I listened to it, I felt tired and a little depressed, but I now feel centered, alert and don’t feel a bit depressed.” Bob
“Nice music! Felt relaxed and in a better mood after listening” Jade
“These classicals always make me clean the whole house with much gusto and very little physical effort! With the added BWE,that get-up and go feeling is there” Cheryl
