# 7 – You might call this one Abraham 101 in a nutshell :-)…..

You will notice that those who speak most of prosperity, have it. Those who speak most of health, have it. Those who speak most of sickness, have it. Those who speak most of poverty, have it. It is Law. It can be no other way… The way you feel is your point of attraction, and so, the Law of Attraction is most understood when you see yourself as a magnet getting more and more of the way you feel. When you feel lonely, you attract more loneliness. When you feel poor, you attract more poverty. When you feel sick, you attract more sickness. When you feel unhappy, you attract more unhappiness. When youfeel healthy and vital and alive and prosperous—you attract more of all of those things.∼Abraham

Gratitude, impossible?, Home, the tunnel, ear points, free health resources, and Abraham

# 1 -The power of gratitude….

“When a person uses the power of their quadrapolar magnet, the fourfold power of desire, thought, flowing feeling, and sensation to seek  (Gratitude)  above all else, these powers penetrate through veils of obscurity and distraction and attune the individual consciousness to Divine Consciousness and Feeling.

“Where the attention goes, energy flows.”

If a person focuses on the problem itself and continues to give it powerful mental and emotional energy, especially if the mental and emotional energy is negative, then the quadrapolar magnet creates attracts exactly what is not wanted.

By focusing on Gratitude instead, at the same time that the problem is being confronted, a person connects to Omnipresent, All powerful, and All knowing Divine Mind and Feeling,  and to the heavenly hosts. In this way help and instruction is attracted, manifesting solutions to any and all situations.

In attuning to Divine Mind, the Theta brainwave state of deep inner thought opens the Book of Life and regains understanding of the original purity of all ideas.

Gifts of eloquence, artistic talent, clairvoyance and other occult powers are regained.

“All that I do ye shall do and more.”

Once Gratitude is found through one pointed focus of the powers of consciousness and feeling, all other gifts and delights are added in a way that is in the highest good of all.  We are one (in Gratitude).” ~ Spiritus Sanctus

# 2 – I love this one. Reminds me of the saying “no one goes home until we all go Home”….

# 3 – Here’s something that was taken from a recent newsletter from Brian Johnson of The Philosopher’s Notes…..

Take the survival tale of Swedish adventurer Göran Kropp. In October 1995, he left Stockholm, Sweden, on a bicycle and rode it to the base of Mount Everest, arriving there in April 1996. He climbed Everest, reaching the summit with no oxygen mask and no help from Sherpas. He descended the mountain and eventually pedaled back to Sweden. If someone invited you to undertake such a wild adventure, you might say: “That’s impossible!” or “You’re crazy!”

As it turns out, it’s not impossible. It’s hard — really hard — but doable under the right circumstances. The cliché is true: Where there’s a will, there’s a way. Seemingly unsurmountable challenges confronting your business, sports, health and fitness, and relationships are far more manageable than you might imagine.” ~ Joe De Sena from Spartan Up!

Religion x 2, the present moment, 21-Day Gratitude Challenge book, afformations, free health resources, and Abraham

Love it!

from Brandon Basile at The Art of Mental Creation

And this….

And I guess this will end up being an “All Picks Day” because I think this is great, too. It’s a list of 27 life-changing insights from Eckhart Tolle, and here’s the first one to get you started…

“People don’t realize that now is all there ever is; there is no past or future except as memory or anticipation in your mind.”

“…the past gives you an identity and the future holds the promise of salvation, of fulfillment in whatever form. Both are illusions.”

“Time isn’t precious at all, because it is an illusion. What you perceive as precious is not time but the one point that is out of time: the Now. That is precious indeed. The more you are focused on time—past and future—the more you miss the Now, the most precious thing there is.”

“Don’t let a mad world tell you that success is anything other than a successful present moment.”

“Most humans are never fully present in the now, because unconsciously they believe that the next moment must be more important than this one. But then you miss your whole life, which is never not now.”

“As soon as you honor the present moment, all unhappiness and struggle dissolve, and life begins to flow with joy and ease. When you act out the present-moment awareness, whatever you do becomes imbued with a sense of quality, care, and love – even the most simple action.”

For all 27 life-changing insights from Tolle:

And check this out. A great tip from my Aussie friend Cheryl…..

And from Abraham….

From your human perspective, you often believe that you must work hard to overcome obstacles and satisfy shortages and solve the problems that are before you; but often, in that attitude or approach, you work against yourself without realizing it. Attention to obstacles makes them bigger and more stubborn; attention to shortages makes them bigger and prolongs them—and attention to a problem prevents any immediate resolution or solution.

And finally, I found this when Visualisations3 ended up deciding to give Evolution Made Easier a follow (thanks, guys!). I think what they’re doing is great….taking many of the personal and spiritual development things they come across that are written or presented in English and sharing about them in French for their friends and countrymen. I have listened to many Healing With the Masters broadcasts, but missed the one they talk about in their post (you can translate into English) about afformations, a brilliant concept from Noah St John….

Ooops! One other thing….the Shift Network is sponsoring the Body Intelligence Summit, starting Feb. 17th. It’s free and you can find out more in this Self-help Health post that also includes info about a flexibility routine and free report on EMFs:

Attachment, quotes, 10 breakthroughs, simple secret, freaky fries, and Abe

# 1 – A good one from Eckhart Tolle. Love him!

# 2 – Some quotes I came across recently I’d like to share…..

“The innocent mistake that keeps us caught in our own particular style of ignorance, unkindness, and shut-downness is that we are never encouraged to see clearly what is, with gentleness. Instead, there’s a kind of basic misunderstanding that we should try to be better than we already are, that we should try to improve ourselves, that we should try to get away from painful things, and that if we could just learn how to get away from the painful things, then we would be happy.” ∼ Pema Chodron

“Here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life; which grows
higher than the soul can hope or mind can hide)

and this is the wonder that’s keeping the stars apart
i carry your heart(i carry it in my heart).” ∼ ee cummings

Hey this would be a good one to share with someone on Valentine’s Day!

# 3 – A fascinating read that I found out about from Rob Brezsny’s newsletter that contained a recap of the article….

Ten Breakthroughs in the Science of a Meaningful Life
Scientists find that gratitude makes us financially smarter, mindfulness
reduces racism, a little sadness makes for healthier people, and
compassion for birds could help tackle climate change.

1. Mindfulness can reduce racial prejudice — and possibly its effects on
2. Gratitude makes us smarter in how we spend money.
3. It’s possible to teach gratitude to young children, with lasting effects.
4. Having more variety in our emotions — positive or negative — can make
us happier and healthier.
5. Natural selection favors happy people, which is why there are so many
of them.
6. Activities from positive psychology don’t just make happy people
happier — they can also help alleviate suffering.
7. People with a “growth mindset” are more likely to overcome barriers to
8. To get people to take action against climate change, talk to them
about birds.
9. Feelings of well-being might spur extraordinary acts of altruism.
10. Extreme altruism is motivated by intuition — our compassionate

# 4- Good one!

#5 – Check out my Self-help Health eye-opening post about the 14 ingredients in McDonald’s french fries! To me, this is not about focusing on McDonald’s or fast food, but seeing how far we’ve gotten away from real food and how purely the regulating agencies are doing when it comes to protecting our health…..

# 6 – Good distinction. I like removing the polarizing effect words such as good/bad, positive/negative, right/wrong have…..

We didn’t say: when you feel good you are allowing good, and when you feel bad you are allowing bad (although it may translate into your experience in that way). There is only a Source of Well-being—which you are allowing or not. -Abraham

Thank you!, me first, The Peak, what’s important, and lots of free health-related resources

#1 – Good way to start the day….

# 2 – Short, but thought-provoking article from Dr. Sue Morter’s newsletter….

Me, TOO! In fact, me FIRST!

Wow, now there’s a little something that train wrecks our kindergarten entrainment.“Always think of others first and yourself last.”

True. Good policy. Except for when it’s not.

Until we abide by our own authenticity, learn to love ourselves fully, tend to our own body temple and emanate the very energetic example of it all, how can we begin to imagine actually, sustainably helping another? Can’t be done.

# 3 – A video titled The Peak…..beautiful images and music. Thanks to my friend Tracey in England for the tip!
