Russian food revolution, a green Sweden, Seeds of Doubt, Oneness Lovers Club, Hungry for Change, and food for thought from Dr. Bruce Lipton

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – Wow, what the Russian people are doing in regard to growing their own food is inspiring and impressive. What would it take to get something like this going in the US?

# 2 – And it seems we could learn something from Sweden, too…

http://www.care2.com/causes/sweden-is-so-green-it-has-to-import-garbage.html

Here’s how one man and chain of grocery stores in the US are trying to make a difference in the amount of garbage we generate….

# 5 – Food for thought from Dr. Bruce Lipton…

Politics As Usual … NOT!

The political season is upon us and the divisive rhetoric, extreme polarization and caustic discord is just another sign of our impending evolution. In regard to the state of the world, we are exactly where we are supposed to be in this unfolding evolution.

Insight is offered through the fact that we are playing out a fractal version of a previous evolution-the fall of the reptiles and the rise of the mammals. Our reptilian version of civilization originated with the evolution of the “lizards,” the rise of small “Mom and Pop” manufacturing shops at the onset of the Industrial Age, and culminated with evolution of the “dinosaurs,” the giant corporate conglomerates.

The imminent demise of our reptilian phase is revealed in two facts: 1) oil, the “blood” of the dinosaur, is fast running out and 2) the reptile’s “food,” the source of its energy (money), is also rapidly disappearing. Historically, the crash of the dinosaurs leads to the “meek,” the nurturing mammals, taking over the world.

In the historic pattern of evolution, the origin of birds appeared between the age of reptiles and the origin of mammals. Civilization’s evolutionary bird-phase originated with Wilbur and Orville Wright’s first flight at Kittyhawk in 1903. The fullest evolution of humanity’s bird-phase ended with astronauts landing on the moon in 1969. The image of our Earth taken from the moon was the seed that conceived the mammalian phase of human civilization.

Our cultural mammal phase was physically represented by the emerging community of Hippies and has been silently growing and reproducing below the vision of the ruling dinosaur class ever since. It is no coincidence that as our reptilian phase is coming to an end, we are seeing the rise of the Hippies’ progeny, the “Millennial Generation” (those under 40 years of age). They now represent nearly half the world’s population, they are an internet-connected global community, and they could give a crap about Dinosaur politics as usual. The coalition of the Millennials is the raw material that will provide for a radically new version of human civilization!

My dear friends … We are the meek! We are the new breed of “mammals” here to nurture the planet and all of its life forms. I am proud to be among all of you, for we are also planetary “imaginal cells” offering a new direction for the emerging mammalian civilization, one that will nurture the planet and ourselves.  Recognize, that we cannot build what we imagine possible on the cultural foundation that now exists. Anything we try to do to repair the current culture would be tantamount to putting a bandage on a festering sore.

It is time to focus on the emerging, and imminent, planetary evolution. Indeed there will be widespread pain and hardship for many during the chaos of this passage. It is inevitable that there is always a certain amount of unavoidable trauma associated with birth … in this case the birth of a new civilization. The new biology emphasized on my web site offers an understanding of how we may regain control of our lives and provides insight on how we may safely evolve into the future as the old system falls away.

This is a time to attend to the “new” baby and not focus on the disintegrating afterbirth. We must let go of our unsustainable current civilization and become the midwives of a brave new world!

Conclusion:
1) Chaos is necessary part of our evolution and will have a heartbreaking and heavy toll on human life.
2) A new generation, the “Millennials” will inevitably take over as the chaos evolves into order
3) Civilization requires new knowledge that will empower us to move into a new way of life.
4) Civilization’s evolution will lead to a spontaneous healing of the Garden

With Love, Bruce

Birthing Your Soul’s Calling, HWTM gets even better, more on water fluoridation, Golden Kitty award, and Global Oneness Day…What a line-up!

PICK OF THE DAY:

Season 10 of the Healing With the Masters series is actually a repeat (or “re-pick” :-)) in that it was already featured in a previous post, but I just found out something that makes it even more of a pick (“pickier” ? ;-)) than before, if that’s possible. The series  doesn’t officially kick off until Sept. 11th, but there are already freebies happening for those who have signed up. One is a video from Panache Desai (love him!) on letting go of stress and flowing with the Divine (very timely!) and the other is a video with Mary A. Hall on abundance. I also found out that one of the two 3-part series that will be included (a first for HWTM) in season 10  is going to be presented by none other than Panache. As they say in Access, how does it get any better than that?! I can’t believe all this is FREE!

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – The Shift Network is sponsoring a FREE 3-part series on “Birthing Your Soul’s Calling“…

It will be led by Devaa Haley Mitchell and Elayne Kalila Doughty, two amazing women and transformational teachers who have helped thousands of individuals give birth to their dreams. Learn more about the series, which starts Sept. 12th, here.

# 2 – I’m not sure about the accuracy of this, but the information is certainly stimulating (and scary, if you choose to go that route) to consider, especially since it concerns something as vital as our water supply…

http://www.naturalnews.com/037024_sodium_fluoride_insecticide_proof.html

# 3 – Humanity’s Team is co-producing with The Shift Network a 12-panel Global Oneness Day Tele-summit on Oct. 24th from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. EDT (15h00 GMT to 01h30 GMT)…

Summit panelists are to include Neale Donald Walsch, Steve Farrell, Worldwide Coordinating Director of Humanity’s Team, Ervin Lazlo, Joan Borysenko, Gregg Braden, veteran U.N. envoy and U.N. Culture of Peace emissary Anwarul K. Chowdhury,  futurist Barbara Marx Hubbard, The Four Agreements author Don Miguel Ruiz, developmental biologist and The Biology of Belief author Bruce Lipton,  researcher Lynne McTaggart, as well as other luminaries.

A special five-person telesummit panel discussing uBuntu, the classical African worldview of oneness, will include South African Member of Parliament and University of South Africa law lecturer Mathole Motshekga and Anna-Mari Pieterse, spiritual activist and country coordinator for HT South Africa.

Global Oneness Day was created following a Humanity’s Team presentation to the United Nations of a petition signed by more than 50,000 people from 168 countries appealing to the world body to support the day, akin to Earth Day but intended to inspire awareness and appreciation for our Oneness with God and all of life. The telesummit is free of charge. Click here to register.

# 4 – This is a great one for cat lovers and was a winner of the Golden Kitty Award at a cat film festival…

It’s a two-minute film called “Henri 2: Paw de Deux.” It’s the “existential” tale about a black-and-white French feline and is very clever and cute.

# 5 – Quote for the day…short and to the point….

“The real secret to more is being YOU.”–Panache Desai

Scorpio new moon, Guy Finley, Masters Gathering 2012, free healing, The Rapture music

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – A wonderfully touching article about the Scorpio new moon by Simone Butler. If you’re an animal lover, be sure to check out the video link at the end of the story,…but I’m warning you, have some hankies ready. :-)

SCORPIO NEW MOON: The Shadow and the Psychopomp

Baxter the therapy dog was a bridge to the next world – a psychopomp who
lovingly eased others across the veil. (Meaning “guide of souls” in Greek, a
psychopomp is a being, whether shaman, angel or animal, that provides safe
passage to deceased souls.)

Looking more like a teddy bear than a dog, the scruffy chow mix made his
rounds at San Diego Hospice until his death in 2009 at 19. Baxter could no
longer walk due to arthritis, but that didn’t stop him or his owner, Melissa
Joseph, from bringing his special magic to the terminally ill. Joseph merely
hauled the dog around in his red cart and lifted him onto patients’ beds to
snuggle.

Abused as a puppy and beset with ailments, two-year-old Baxter was about to
be euthanized when dog-lover Joseph got wind of his predicament and rescued him.
At first, the dog was terrified of loud noises and cowered whenever he saw a
broom. But after years of tender care,  Baxter became patient, reliable,
courageous – and exquisitely sensitive to others’ suffering.

At 14, he was certified as a therapy dog. “Baxter is a natural,” said Joseph.
“He didn’t have to be professionally trained. His heart starts at the tip of his
head and goes all the way to his tail.”

Nicknamed Dr. Love by the hospice staff, Baxter made an impact on people of
all backgrounds and ages – even those who no one else could reach. Soon after
cuddling with Baxter and receiving his ministrations, many patients would cross
over peacefully.

Those who knew Baxter believe it was his own ailments that made him such a
powerful companion to others in pain. As in the shamanic tradition, his
wounds had turned him into a healer.

The psychopomp is a Scorpionic figure. Scorpio rules the Underworld—the realm
of death as well as the subconscious mind. This is the Shadow-dwelling place of
all we have repressed, from our greatest talents and desires to our worst fears
and faults. When the Sun traverses the shadowy terrain of Scorpio (Oct. 23 thru
Nov. 21), it illuminates both good and bad. We recognize our Shadow and have the
chance to break its death grip on our spirit—facing our darkness while embracing
our blessings and brilliance.

The October 26 Scorpio New Moon (12:56 p.m. PDT) falls close
to Samhain (the Oct. 31 Celtic New Year) and Mexico’s Day of the Dead (Nov. 1).
In many cultures, this period is seen as a time when the ancestors return to
walk the earth and commune with the living. The New Moon also occurs two days
before the end of the Mayan Calendar (Oct. 28 according to some calculations;
others say Dec. 21, 2012). The end date, no matter when it falls, is said to
coincide with a consciousness shift from duality to unity. To make this shift
requires that we learn to live from our hearts and feel our connection to all
that is.

The Scorpio New Moon opens a portal to experiencing both pleasure and pain.
The Sun and Moon oppose Jupiter the seeker, exactly trine Pluto, god of death
and rebirth (Scorpio’s ruling planet). With Mercury and Venus also joined in
Scorpio, it’s an unparalleled time to solve long-standing problems, find answers
to riddles, heal old wounds and probe beneath the surface to find life’s deeper
meaning.

Wherever Scorpio falls in your chart shows where you have suffered
deeply.
This suffering has made you raw and vulnerable, and therefore
more capable of loving—if you can get past the fear of being hurt again.
Sometimes we need a psychopomp like Baxter to help us make that leap to trusting
once more. So, at this New Moon, call on a beloved person or pet—in this world
or the next—to help you let go of suffering and open to new life.

For inspiration, watch this short video of Baxter snuggling up to death and making
everyone come alive. As “Dog Whisperer” Cesar Millan noted, “Baxter’s
inspirational story reminds us how animals can teach us to live fully in each
moment, even if that moment may be our last.”

And here’s the new moon update from Astrograph.com…

The Scorpio New Moon takes place in the mid-afternoon of Wednesday, the 26th. This latest in the recent series of powerful late month New Moons has in common with all the rest that it stimulates the UranusPluto  that is characteristic of these revolutionary times and that is due to make its first exact completion by June. This square is waning slightly over these next few months, but it still packs plenty of punch – as testified by world events including the Occupy Wall Street movement. The New Moon, at 3 plus degrees of Scorpio, sextiles Pluto and makes an inconjunct aspect to Uranus, as their  settles down to a more sedate 4 degrees off of exact. Meanwhile Jupiter, retrograde in Taurus and with the New Moon closely opposed in Scorpio, makes an exact trine to Pluto, highlighting in a more peaceful way the transformational quality of these times. Thus the beat for change continues both in our own lives and within the collective that surrounds us. We might expect to see some further resolution as well as strengthening of the basic underlying theme of conflict and resolution of that conflict in concerted action for change, with perhaps also a generally happier trend in the mass societal metamorphosis that we are all to some extent a part of.

In this dynamic New Moon configuration, also, Mercury is in close parallel to Pluto, and is also now in conjunction with Venus, which remains true throughout most of the following month. Mercury with Pluto and with Venus reminds us that we can use the powers of the mind for connection as well as for mental gymnastics that have a tendency toward separation, and in addition to colder logic, for philosophically arrived-at closeness with others. As Ben Franklin put it so well, many years ago during the difficult days of a very different American revolution: ”We must all hang together now, or most assuredly we will all hang separately.”

Since the Sun is also parallel to Neptune, the three outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are all powerful factors at the time of this New Moon. We are caught in the tides of change, and idealistic imagination is one key to working our way out of it. Another is simply to go with the flow; to recognize, in other words, that our best interest lies in seeing the evolutionary path that the society and as well our individual lives are taking, and to go that direction. There’s no time like the present for seizing the opportunity presented to us for positive change, and at this critical juncture there is also no reward for stalling the wheels of progress.

# 2 – A key lesson from Guy Finley titled Wake Up and Stop Wasting Your Life with Useless Worry

KEY LESSON: There is no greater waste of one’s time than worrying over what someone else may or may not feel about you.

WE ARE NOT ALONE.

No natural need can exist without that which has been created to directly answer it. For instance, a creature couldn’t thirst for water if water didn’t preexist its need to drink. This feeling of attraction that we have — whether to take a drink of water or connect with the world above us — is proof of the existence of two parties. First, is the part of us that feels this draw, and then there is by necessity something acting upon us to create the longing itself. As paradoxical as it may seem, if we are moved to seek the Divine, it’s because the Divine is calling us! Let’s pause here to see how this celestial need expresses itself through some simple examples that are common to all of us: Where does our longing for someone to love originate? Is it not with the awakening of an internal force urging us to explore and experience the deepest parts of ourselves? When we say — or feel toward another — “You complete me,” what we’re really saying is something like “Through you I’ve realized parts of myself I wouldn’t have known even existed; you have helped introduce me to who I really am.”

Perhaps we’ve a yearning to learn how to paint, write poetry, climb a mountain, or become a chef. We are drawn to that pursuit — whatever its nature — for much the same reason we search for a lover. Something in us knows that it is only through this relationship that we will be introduced to — awakened to — our own higher possibilities.

C. S. Lewis, the great author, essayist, and Christian apologist, supports this important finding:

All the things that have ever deeply possessed your soul have been but hints of it — tantalizing glimpses, promises never quite fulfilled, echoes that died away just as they caught your ear. But if IT should really become manifest –if there ever came an echo that did not die away but swelled into the sound itself — you would know it. Beyond all possibility of doubt you would say, “Here at last is the thing I was made for.” We cannot tell each other about it. It is the secret signature of each soul, the incommunicable and unappeasable want, the thing we desired before we met our wives or made our friends or chose our work, and which we shall still desire on our deathbeds, when the mind no longer knows wife or friend or work. —The Problem of Pain

The need for whatever it may be that we’re drawn to is the yet to be realized presence within us of that very thing to which we are drawn. This means that no matter how distant seems our guiding star, or how isolated we may feel in our journey towards its light, these higher truths we’re learning would have us know otherwise; we are not alone….

p.s. If you are looking for a way to fortify yourself against possible radiation and other toxic substances, you may want to check out my website’s What’s New page for information about a superfood that is a superior blend of 7 whole-food sea vegetables. I did some research after hearing about it at Natural News and was impressed with both the product and company. The product supplies all your body’s daily nutritional needs, plus offers natural protection from
radiation and other toxic substances. The company adheres to universal
principles in the way the business is run and is dedicated to giving back to
the community through Feeding America and offering fund-raising opportunities
to non-profits across the U.S. That’s my kind of win-win-win situation! You can
also get updated information about radiation and iodine, plus two free reports, one on weight loss, the other on glutathione and anti-aging. Check out my What’s New page, or e-mail me at info@allonetogether.com if you want to know more.

Peace Experiment, radical forgiveness, Bruce Lipton DVD and Abraham…a winning combo!

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – I just read a document that Radical Forgiveness author Colin Tipping added as an epilogue to one of his books after the world-changing events of 9/11. Here is how it ends…

And let’s be clear about this. Peace does not mean absence of war. It depends on no

particular outcome. If we are attached to an outcome, we won’t feel peace. Peace comes

only when we are able to surrender to Spirit and to know that everything is in Divine

order. I would therefore like to close this Epilogue with the Radical Forgiveness

Invocation and ask you to hold it in your hearts as the story of 9/11 continues to unfold.

INVOCATION:

May we all stand firm in the knowledge and comfort that all things are now,

have always been and forever will be, in Divine order, unfolding according to a

Divine plan.

And may we truly surrender to this truth, whether we understand it or not.

May we also ask for support in consciousness in feeling our connection with the

Divine part of us, with everyone and with everything – so that we can truly say

and feel – we are One.”

(If you would like to view the whole document and how Tipping uses his 4-step forgiveness process for 9/11, go here and scroll down to where it says “Epilogue 9/11”)

# 4 – Some great insight and words of wisdom from Abraham…

“The Law of Attraction is responding to your thought, not to your current reality. When you change the  thought, your reality must follow suit. If things are going well for you, then  focusing upon what is happening now will cause the well-being to continue, but  if there are things happening now that are not pleasing, you must find a way of  taking your attention away from those unwanted things.

You have  the ability to quickly change your patterns of thought, and eventually… your  life experience.

Take 15 minutes daily, thinking of pleasant scenarios  regarding your body, with the sole intent of enjoying your body and  appreciating its strength and stamina and flexibility and beauty. When you  visualize for the joy of visualizing rather than with the intention of  correcting some deficiency, your thoughts are more pure and, therefore, more  powerful. When you visualize to overcome something that is wrong, your thoughts  are diluted with the “lackful” side of the equation. In time, your physical  condition will acquiesce to your dominant thoughts.”

#5 – And don’t forget the free QiGong distance healing being offered by Michael Mohoric (see previous posts for details).

Prayer circle for Japan & inspiring letter, Caroline Myss replay, full moon update, Dyer/Lipton video, and meditation to ease fear

PICKS FOR TODAY:

I am editing today’s post and adding this article and news of a prayer circle via Adoley Odunton at Healthier Living and placing it before the rest of today’s picks because I think it’s the most important part of the post. Please read this inspiring and enlightening article from a member of Adoley’s on-line community who has been living in Japan for the last 5 yrs. (and, if you’re drawn, participate in the prayer circle tomorrow)…

Letter from Japan by Healthier Living Community Member, Jennifer Rodriquez
nullJennifer Rodriguez is an American living in Japan for 5 years. She is an ESL Instructor (English as a Second Language) in Japan and a member of our community. This is what she had to say:

“Things are stressful here because of the constant threat of radiation exposure but surprisingly the Japanese are remaining calm and despite what the mass media abroad says, no one is leaving en masse and people are facing the issue with a philosophical calm that I believe can only be possible of a country with a Buddhist background.  There’s no rioting, looting, nor anger being expressed at the government.  People here continue to have faith and hope that the workers at the plant will find a way to cool those reactors and avert nuclear disaster.  And even with this big threat looming in the background, the Japanese carry on with their daily lives.

Being in Japan at this time and our connecting has been a powerful
lesson for me about believing and manufacturing optimism for
yourself even when all evidence points to there being no hope and
all logic seems to say you should lose hope.  I’m still in Tokyo
despite pleas from my family and friends to get out, because I
believe that all will turn out well in the end and I’m very hopeful.  I continue to believe and I believe the Universe sends me small messages not to lose hope.

There are food shortages but somehow the supermarkets are still finding some way to get us fresh fish, vegetables and meat every day.  How?  I don’t know.  It’s almost like they pull it out of thin air.  Just when you think the food is going to run out, the next day they scrouge up some more from somewhere.  It just goes to prove that the Universe is really an abundant place even in the face of disaster!

Adoley, do you know what could really help in this moment?  If you rounded up all the members of your community and formed a special prayer circle to send energy and inspiration to all the workers at the Fukushima Power Plant that they persevere and find a way to cool those reactors and avert disaster.  Visualize Japan ending this threat safely and without horrible consequences.  See Japan as a happy country with the threat gone.

I honestly believe that if you and all the conscious people of this planet did that, then some solution would present itself to the workers or arrive in some shape or form.

The more positive collective energy we could get for Japan, the more it would help improve the situation and counterbalance all the negativity and sensationalism of the General Media which has just been shamelessly promoting panic and desperation about Japan.

The more spiritual leaders with communities such as yourself that you could contact and have them visualize and pray for a safe end to this threat, the more possibility of a better outcome.  Then that would be wonderful and give the situation more positive power.

….This is not for me but for the country of Japan and consequently the world at large.  If workers at that plant do not receive any kind of special help, they will not be able to continue forward and find a solution. Many of them have exposed themselves to unsafe levels of radiation and there’s no doubt that at some point, they will contract cancer and die.  Yet they even though they know this, they selflessly devote themselves to concentrating on the task at hand and have accepted the risk of sacrificing their lives because they know that all humanity is at risk if they do not persevere.

….I actually feel more positive about this situation and even though, it seems grim now, I have honest hope and faith that all will turn out in the end and this situation will end safely.  In part that’s why I choose to stay and not run away.  I have faith.” ~ Jennifer

SPECIAL PRAYER CIRCLE FOR JAPAN

Like Jennifer, I have faith too, in all of you and the power of collective energy and prayers.  So, I invite you to join me in a special call on Saturday morning at 9AM Pacific Time.  We will devote the Spiritual Coaching Call to a prayer circle for Japan where we will use the power of prayer, meditation and visioning to send our collective healing energy to Japan and to see a positive outcome in this situation.  We can also send our positive energy to Libya and the Middle East at this time of great turbulence and change.

#1- Here’s the link to Caroline Myss’ recent interview with host Lisa Garr of The Aware Show. It’s very interesting to hear her perspective and insights on the current world situation and, in particular, the people of the United States. Definitely food for thought…http://www.theawareshow.com/inspire/myss/

#2- Here’s another technique (see yesterday’s post) from Rebbie at Yoga of Alignment for dealing with the fear and stress evoked by the current world situation. Here’s what Rebbie has to say…

“You can change the course of this world…

While the news is flooded with fear of nuclear disaster, *you* can overflow with clarity and vision for a world of beauty and harmony.

Today’s article offers a specific meditation to calm the nuclear panic within you and to move you toward a manifestation of peace and beauty.”

#3- Here’s a short video w/ Wayne Dyer and Bruce Lipton reminding us of the power of our beliefs to influence our health and the world around us…

#4- And here’s the latest astrological update from shamanic astrologer Tami Brunk on the full moon and other current cosmic events…

“We are nearing a 3-day period of incredible potency, from Saturday the 19 through Monday the 21.

Saturday the Full Moon at 29 Virgo is at perigee–the closest it has been to the Earth for 18 years. Sunday marks the Spring Equinox, and Monday Uranus conjoins with the Aries Sun.

When we engage ceremonially in these events of such cosmological significance with clear intentions and from the heart, magic happens. We are communicating with the Universe–we recognize the sacred patterning of which we are a part and our intention is to dance joyfully with it. We are willing to show up–in our beauty and uniqueness–to co-create with Great Mystery.

Ceremony need not be complex. The most magical moments in these next few days will be Saturday sunset and Sunday sunrise. In both instances we can tune into and experience the dynamic opposition of the Equinox Sun and Full Moon–rising and setting very close to the same time.

Full Moon at 29 Virgo at 11:10 am MST Saturday On Saturday near noon we experience a Full Moon at 29 Virgo. Above all, Virgo investigates the sacred patterning of our Universe–the cycles and rhythms of the Earth and Cosmos.  Virgo provides us with a ceremonial attitude of reverence toward these patterns and a desire to align harmoniously with them. As we tune into the wisdom represented by the final degree of mastery of Virgo we can ask ourselves-what is my sacred work in service to, and in alignment, with the wellbeing of the living Earth? This is an especially potent time for ceremony, due to the Virgo influence.Sabian symbols give insight into the meaning behind each degree of a zodiac sign. The Sabian symbol for 29 Virgo is: After a crisis, a seeker of occult knowledge is reading an ancient scroll which illumines his mind. This past week, the entire planet and all of humanity has been feeling the reverberations of the crisis in Japan, and the vulnerability of the most modern societies in the face of Earth changes. Are we ready to seek guidance from an ancient form of knowledge–that of Earth consciousness itself?Lately when I send healing energy to Japan I also send prayers for the scientists and societal innovators whose work and intent is aligned with the wellbeing of the Earth. I ask that we might find new breakthroughs–technologies, sources of energy, and institutional systems to support the wellbeing and continued evolution of human consciousness aligned with Earth cycles and renewal. And I ask that we might be infused with collective reverence and deep appreciation for the Earth and all of its creatures.

Spring Equinox Seeking Balance

At 5:21 pm MST on Sunday the 20th, the Sun enters the sign of Aries, marking the exact point of the Equinox. This is the time of perfect balance between day and night. Following on the heels of the Full Moon, which is a moment of opposition between the Sun and Moon, we are invited to look at the places in our lives where we feel conflicted, or pulled in two, and to seek a harmonious balance.

Let’s look at the contrast between Virgo and Pisces, which was expressed at the Full Moon, as well as Aries and Libra-the opposite energies expressed with Sun, Uranus, Jupiter and Mercury all in Aries opposite Saturn and the Moon in the sign of Libra at the moment of Equinox. Jupiter and Saturn are approaching exact opposition of Aries and Libra–a big event indeed!–and will be exact on the 29th. We can certainly feel that dynamic building now.

Aries and Virgo both carry the energy of the loner, focused on their own individual path.  Aries is independent, dislikes being tied down or told what to do, and wants to plunge into action and experience without much reflection or concern for the feeling of others. Virgo is impersonal, with an absolute devotion to the sacred work, and not much patience for the messiness of flawed human relationships–which can feel like a distraction from the spiritual life.

Libra and Pisces are more concerned with relationship, and the connections that “bind” us.

Libra wants to experience authentic, heartful connection with others, and really values community and bonding. There can sometimes be TOO much focus on what others want, to the degree that we lose sight of who we are, or what are personally aiming for. Pisces is immersed in the profound awareness that we truly are “All One,” and merges easily with others–feeling empathy and connection to everyone we meet. Sometimes, as with Libra, we can lose track of our own personal aims.

Finding Our Balance in the Modern World

SO many of us are feeling a painful confusion around what we want. Do we want to be alone, to do our own thing, to retreat, to push away the obligations of relationships? Or do we want to open our windows and doors and invite in more connections, more experience of community? Why is it that both options can feel so unsatisfying, so painful?

So many of us feel a kind of schizophrenia at this time. On the one hand we long for loving, authentic connections with others. We feel so isolated, so disconnected, so disembodied.  For example, I feel so strongly that I want to be part of a movement to reknit communities, to re-establish connections between neighbors… and yet I already feel so overburdened by too many connections!

I think it is very important to have compassion for our current predicament. Never before as a species have we had this experience of complete inundation with the Collective–the images, stories, experiences, of our GYNORMOUS global family. We feel so linked to one another through the internet and other global systems of connection. This is a tremendous gift, an extraordinary opportunity.  It is an amazingly profound product of human evolution.

Yet sometimes it feels like a tremendous burden, and it can be exhausting. I have found it to be astonishingly easy to spend the majority of my waking hours communicating–through email, Facebook, cell phones, and face to face– yet somehow still feel incredibly isolated. From my body, from my partner, from my community, from the natural world, from my living soul.

I feel we are on a tremendous learning curve– AND that we have the assistance of so many divine helpers in this process. We are learning to SORT, at warp speed, through so many possibilities; to navigate clearly and with ease toward the life experiences, the communications, the relationships, and information that serve our most joyful, aligned with Spirit, soul purpose.

I believe we can leave behind the stress, the overwhelm, and the isolation. We can embrace a more grounded, satisfying, healthy and loving way of connecting to our own hearts, to our communities, and to the Earth. To the degree that we can remember to touch into Source, which reconnects us to our intuitive and heart-led guidance system, we find our way more easily. When we get out of alignment, we rapidly become stuck, overwhelmed, and feel as though we are drowning.

Equinox Sun Conjunct Uranus

According to my teacher Cayelin Castell, it has been 335 years since Uranus has been conjunct the Sun so near the Spring Equinox. So this may indeed be the most significant Spring Equinox in our lifetime. What does this mean? Uranus is a change agent, in service to shifting humanity’s current “point of balance” to a completely new place. The way Uranus operates is through sudden, unexpected events that move us forward along our evolutionary path.

I feel that Uranus holds the key to finding balance and ease within our current times. We might find ourselves in a state of paralysis, brought on by so much change, so quickly and at such a large scale, bombarding us from every direction. We CANNOT find a way out of our collective mess through the tried and true methods. We cannot look to the past for a way forward. We MUST leap, we MUST embrace the unknown, the never before experienced.

The most empowering way to engage with Uranus is to say–I give up. I trust the flow of the Universe, and I choose to flow WITH it, rather than against it. It is to say–I will seek a NEW path, a new way. I will believe in the possibility of miracles, of surprising and unexpected events, and insights and revelations that reveal, in a flash, a way forward that I had never suspected before.

We cannot waste our time looking for the sure thing, for the certain path, for security. We cannot waste our time looking to the past, clinging to old hurts and old stories as a form of comfort. We must open up, and create a space in our lives for Grace to enter, for Spirit to flood our awareness, to know that truly ANYTHING is possible.”–Tami Brunk

Need to know info about MSG & food additives, Bruce Lipton interview, and Abraham

PICKS OF THE DAY:

I remember using kinesiology last year to do some self-testing about a certain health issue and toxicity from MSG and food additives showed up as one of the causes/culprits, which surprised me because I thought I’d been doing such a good job of avoiding such things. Then I read an article at NaturalNews.com today about all the “synonyms” these substances can go by, and all the things they are normally a part of, and I realized why the testing came up with what it did. They’re virtually everywhere and in everything. What an eye-opener. Here’s a link to the article http://www.naturalnews.com/031520_food_flavoring_ingredients.html. And be sure to check out the RTNC411.org link  in the article and the list (http://www.rtnc411.org/tlist.html) of all the aliases these harmful substances can go by. Fascinating reading!

On a more positive note and to “off-set the fear factor” of the Natural News article, Doug Parks at The Conscious Activist is interviewing one of my favorite people today…Dr. Bruce Lipton.  Lipton is a pioneer in new biology and an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. A cell biologist by training, he was on the faculty of the University of Wisconsin’s School of Medicine, performing groundbreaking stem cell research at Stanford University.

Lipton is also a pioneer in applying the principles of quantum physics to the field of cellular biology. His work focuses on the mechanisms through which energy, in the form of beliefs can affect our biology – including our genetic code, and has a way of explaining complex subjects in an easy to understand and entertaining way. He is also the bestselling author of “The Biology of Belief” and the more recent “Spontaneous Evolution”, co-authored with Steve Bhaerman, a noted expert in bringing together holistic health, personal growth, spirituality, and politics.  Catch the interview live or in replay here: http://www.TheConsciousActivist.com/BruceAnd here are some words of wisdom from Abraham to end with…

“Each of us gets to have our own perspective from which we desire or prefer, and Source Energy answers every single one of us. There’s no shortage of Source; there’s no shortage of answers; there’s no shortage of substance. There’s no shortage of all of the stuff or non-stuff that any of us wants – there’s no shortage of it. It expands proportionately to our ability to desire it.”— Abraham

“Some things you’re not letting happen right now because the timing isn’t perfect for you. Some you’re not letting happen because you are very aware of where you are. But all things, as they are happening, are happening in perfect order. And if you will relax and begin saying, “‘Everything in its perfect time. Everything is unfolding. And I’m enjoying where I am now, in relationship to where I’m going. Content where I am, and eager for more,'” that is the perfect vibrational stance.”– Abraham

Abraham inspired abundance tap-a-long, new Quantum Healing series, upcoming astrological happenings and more

Tips for today:

Thanks to EFT master David Childerley and his appreciation for the wisdom of Abraham, here are two video tips. The first is a free video tap-a-long for increased financial abundance inspired by some Abraham-Hicks material…

http://www.mygenie.tv/blog/index.php/2010/10/abraham-hicks-money-vortex-eft-tap-along/comment-page-1/#comment-1302

And the second is a video in which Abraham talks about the future of medicine and how healthcare professionals can best serve the people they work with…

  http://www.mygenie.tv/blog/index.php/2010/10/abraham-hicks-medicine-of-the-future/

And to top off this Abraham-focused tip section, here’s one of the latest daily quotes I received that I thought tied in nicely with the tap-a-long on abundance:

You cannot receive vibrationally something that you are not a vibrational match to. And so, bless those who are finding abundance. And in your blessing of them and their abundance, you will become abundant, too. But in your cursing of their abundance, you hold yourself apart from it. It is a law – it is a powerful law.— Abraham

#2 – The next Quantum Healing and Soul teleseminar series started on the 19th and will be running into December. This event is presented by the Kabbalah of Transformation and is free, plus offers 48 replay availability of the interviews. Some of the most popular past guests will be returning, as well as some new presenters, so if you enjoy listening to the wisdom and insight of evolutionary leaders such as Gregg Braden, Dr. Bruce Lipton, and Donna Eden, then sign up now so you don’t miss out.

#3 –  And here’s part of shamanic astrologer Tami Brunk’s column about  upcoming astrological happenings…

Week of October 24 to 31

Last Quarter Moon in Leo and Halloween-Samhain-Day of the Dead

On Saturday we have the Last Quarter Moon in Leo, leading into the Balsamic phase of the Moon that ends this New Moon Cycle. Samhain, Halloween, Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) all follow on its heels-creating an intensified “end of a cycle” dynamic.

This can be a useful time to revisit our intentions set during the New Moon and to celebrate our accomplishments. We can also release and if need be grieve the places in our lives where we have experienced endings or losses. Sometimes the most profound losses are projects or creations we have poured our love and attention into which have not, for various reasons, borne fruit.

Sometimes our efforts come too early and there is not yet enough support in the world for our dreams to manifest. Other times the process of learning was most important and the end product was not the true goal. Regardless, it is important to honor and acknowledge the feelings that come up around our miscarried creations. Truly extract all you can from this experience, and you will be given new energy for the new cycle. This is a Leo Last Quarter Moon after all and Leo is, among other things, the master Creator.

Halloween and Day of the Dead are both wonderful traditions that have carried the wisdom of our pagan ancestors into the Judeo-Christian culture. Why is it that this time of year feels so communal, so festive, so celebratory? It makes me consider that our approach to death and endings in the modern world is upside down. We barely know how to grieve, and we truly don’t understand that healthy engagement with transition and change involves a hearty and joyful celebration of what has been. But we feel it in the season of Samhain (the Gaelic predecessor of Halloween).

I think the happy community feeling has to do with a jolt of awareness of the preciousness of life–and how good it feels to be in the company of other beautiful human beings–all of us experiencing a kind of enlivening magic that stirs us down to our toes. An underlying feeling of sadnesss sharpens our experience of connection. Here in New Mexico we build Day of the Dead altars for those who have died over the past year. They are present with us. If we tune into it, we see how joy and sorrow intertwine and feed each other in a sweet and healing way at this time of year. –Tami Brunk
