Pain, being spiritual, what if?, great pics, HWTM new season, and Abe

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 –

# 2- A wonderful poem and stimulating question from lovely Fiona Craig that seems to fit nicely with Tip #1…..

what if…?

In torrents of rain and stormy weather

Smacked and smote and strung to tether

Or if the fires of hells and furnace flames

Char the soul with rage and blame

And pain, and pain, unbearable pain-

Oh God! They cry, I can bear no more

Release me from this prison’s gore

I’ll do anything! – please – just give relief

From this pain and overwhelming grief

And at a fated hour, some blessed ones

Receive answers, somehow, divinely spun

“What if- what then- your Universe

Is Made by YOU- and no one else-

If all you see, and all you seem

Is nought but a dream, within a dream-

Nay, of your own Creation

Why look beyond You for Your salvation?”

And in an eternal second

– a flicker of light –

And the veil falls away

And I see the video game

For what it is

And I am the fire and I am the rain

And what if –

I choose bliss instead of pain?

# 3 – Oh, I love this one!

# 4 – Some gorgeous pics of our gorgeous planet…..

# 5 – It’s time for another season of the wonderful free series Healing With the Masters hosted by Jennifer McLean!

You may already be familiar with the “7 Rules of Life,” which are:

1) Make peace with your past so it won’t mess up the present.
2) What others think of you is none of your business.
3) Time heals almost everything, give it time.
4) Don’t compare your life to others and don’t judge them. You have no idea what their journey is about.
5) Stop thinking too much; it’s alright not to know the answers. They come to you when you least expect it.
6) No one is in charge of your happiness, except you.
7) Breath. All the problems in the world aren’t yours.

Now these rules often seem “easier said than done” right? Well, Healing With the Masters helps you to LIVE those rules with grace and ease. It’s the largest online workshop series out there and offers some great guests sharing lots of information and insights. These top teachers can help you discover…

— vibrant health and wellness
— moving through grief with heart opening grace
— redefining what healthy relationships are
— true wealth and personal freedom

Some of the presenters will include:

— Best-selling author of The Soul Of Money, Lynne Twist, who has worked side by side with Mother Teresa, Desmond Tutu, and His Holiness The Dalai Lama.

— Jo Dunning, who many refer to as “The Miracle Worker”

— Celebrated Intuitive Counselor & Happiness Coach, Kari Samuels

# 6 – And this quote from Abe seems to fit nicely with the “burning question” asked in Fiona’s poem……

For every pleasing thing, there is an unpleasing counterpart, for within every particle of the Universe is that which is wanted as well as the lack of that which is wanted. When you focus upon an unwanted aspect of something in an effort to push it away from you, it only comes closer, because you get what you give your attention to whether it is something that you want or not. It is up to you to focus upon and attract what is wanted.-– Abraham

Be authentic, game on, happiness, Byron Katie, coconut flour, and Abraham

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – Great one to keep in mind….

# 2 – An inspiring post on a situation that could be considered depressing and/or scary….climate change. And I like that it presents ideas and resources for “being the change we wish to see in the world.” This Project Drawdown definitely sounds worth checking into. I especially liked this quote from Paul Hawken that was a part of the post….

Is climate change happening to you or for you? If it is happening to you – you are a victim, you are an object, you are dis-empowered. But if you embrace it, it is your ally. We need to embrace climate change as a guide to a far better world than we know now. Avoidance of despair is an essential condition in order for humanity to creatively respond to the future we face. The public’s willingness to respond to climate change can shift, if they can see opportunity instead of dread, that a transformation can benefit them individually and collectively.

It is not game over…it is game on.

# 3 – Good one! If you’re not familiar with The Work (the simple, yet profound process Byron Katie came up with to help you see any situation differently), you should really give it a try.

# 4 – An insightful, thought-provoking read….

# 5 – Trying to avoid wheat and/or gluten in your cooking? Check out coconut flour and it’s many benefits….

# 6 – And food for thought from Abraham……

Relationships I Don’t Want, Clarify Those I Do Want… Whenever you know what you do not want, you always know more clearly what you do want, so in a poignant moment of awareness of another person’s undesirable situation, give your undivided attention to the idea of improvement that has hatched from your interaction/observation. And as you learn to do that, not only will you be of increasing value to others, but you will see how your relationships with others adds immeasurably to your own becoming. ∼Abraham

Gratitude, earth angels, great green wall, the power of thought, Mercury retro, and Abraham

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – Good one! I guess the ideal would be to get to where even the “bad” times aren’t judged as bad from an overview/expanded perspective.

# 2 – Boy, can you imagine if organizations and people like this got the admiration and attention that so many people give to movie stars and professional athletes?! Earth angels for sure!

http://www.faithit.com/baby-box-rescue-seoul-south-korea-brave-pastor-disabilities/

# 3 – Great idea on so many levels! More of this kind of thing, please and thank you!

http://www.thegef.org/gef/great-green-wall

# 4 – Hey, you astrology lovers, did you know about this free presentation from McLean Masterworks that features renowned astrologer Elizabeth Jones?

This is a 2-day series that will run on Monday, February 3rd and Wednesday, February 5th. The calls are one-hour long and start at 12 PM Pacific/Los Angeles/California time.

FOR ALL THE DETAILS: http://mcleanmasterworks.com/elizabeth/drive/

Through two days of LIVE interaction, soul-opening transformation and pertinent astrological insight, Elizabeth Jones is delivering brand new content that will help you understand:

  • The causes for energetic shifts
  • The distinct and seemingly sudden differences in your daily life
  • The significant impact on communication, relationships, and technology
  • The specific spiritual messages to which you should be attuned during this sensitive but heightened time

# 5 – Tend your garden wisely…

# 6 – This fits so nicely with Tip # 5 because it’s a great visual of the power of thought/words. What’s interesting about this, as opposed to the past Emoto work with water crystals that I’m familiar with, is it emphasizes how indifference actually makes a big difference. Hmmmm.

http://themindunleashed.org/2014/01/scientific-proof-thoughts-intentions-can-alter-physical-world-around-us.html

# 7 – And from Abraham….

There’s an expression in the physical environment that you use to entertain each other. (it doesn’t serve you very well) that says, “I worry that I’ll go down to the dock, and that my ship will have already come and gone. I’ll miss my boat.”

And we say, another boat, another boat, another boat. You have no idea how many boats are coming to your dock. It’s a steady stream, and it doesn’t matter how many of them you’ve missed. The only thing that matters is what are you doing right now in your vibration? And you can tell what you’re doing right now in your vibration by the way you feel.—Abraham

Four Agreements, one “Lucky” dog, free e-courses, life experience, radiation update, Aquarius full moon, and “it”

PICK OF THE DAY:

Good “Cliff Notes” version of The Four Agreements…

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – I just recently found out about this site. Haven’t tried any of the free e-courses offered there yet, but might be worth checking out for some of you. In the personal development area they have a course on Growing Organic Food Sustainably, another course on Physical Fitness Training Principles and Methods, and Digital Photography….

http://alison.com/subjects/6/Personal-Development-Soft-Skills

# 2 – I can’t help myself….I love a good animal story with such a happy/”Lucky” ending.  I just sent off a donation to this rescue organization in honor of my mother, who passed away recently. Boy, did that feel good. :-)

http://www.care2.com/causes/speaking-dog-cant-stop-talking-to-his-rescuers.html

# 3 – A good perspecitve to have on life…

# 4 –  And in keeping with the message of Tip # 3, here’s one of the best articles I’ve found on the radiation situation in Japan (and, consequently, the world). It comes from a place of aiming not to engender fear, but awareness,  so we can see the situation as the powerful call that it is for a shift in consciousness and need for change in the way we go about life….

# 5 –  Update on the Aquarius full moon and other astrological events from Henry Seltzer at astrograph.com….

Tuesday’s Full Moon comes at that time of fulfillment in the lunar cycle, when what was conceived at the moment of inspiration represented by the New Moon two weeks prior becomes seasoned by the intervening trials and insights to become the original idea’s mature flowering and culmination. The masculine and feminine elements of Sun and Moon, in their balance across the Zodiac, are symbolically also about relating to one another. In this particular configuration this concept of relationship is also symbolized by a prominent Venus, in her own sign of Libra, and in aspect with both Saturnand Neptune.

Saturn and Neptune are still for one more week caught up in their long-running trine, which brings their antithetical natures into uneasy combination.Saturn represents physical reality and practicality, perhaps even too much of that, while Neptune represents the numinous realm of otherworldly dream imagination that you might consider to be orthogonal to that earthly plane of existence that Saturn symbolizes, in what noted astrologer Antero Ali likes to call the vertical dimension. We need some of each of these for good relating to others around us; both the divine spark, and as well the practicality of being able to work things out together. Since both planetary archetypes are currently in aspect to Venus in her sign of relationship, both come into play right now for getting on with our process of connection, one important part of what we all came here to do.

Saturn with Venus and with Neptune can in some ways stifle the divine spark of imaginative interaction, but this Full Moon also provides another chime with the creativity of divine imagination, because Jupiter in Cancer comes into an exact square with Uranus in Aries, both of them at the 13th degree of their respective cardinal signs, and also both aspecting Chiron in Pisces. This Chiron factor symbolizes the profound healing of our original psychological wounding that can now unexpectedly take place.

The JupiterUranus part of this alignment is also very beautiful, symbolizing the creativity of individual uniqueness and the potential for rebellion from a stale and outmoded status quo. In his epochal must-read work Cosmos and Psyche, astrologer Richard Tarnas describes JupiterUranus in his section entitled “Cycles of Creativity and Expansion,” detailing the multiple forms of scientific and political/social breakthrough that have occurred under their combination. This summer, centered around this Full Moon, is therefore a time of brilliant ideas and cultural breakthrough. As regards significant partnership, if Saturn represents a cage that has grown up and calcified within a relationship context, JupiterUranus represents a sudden doorway that can release both participants from the cage.

The Sabian symbols for Jupiter and Uranus are interesting. For Jupiter “A hand, flexed, with a prominent thumb,” representing — as well as a Jupiterian thumbs-up — the human tool-making capacity that by extension applies to the creative mind as well. For Uranus we have “An unsuccessful bomb explosion,” for which Marc Edmond Jones has the very Uranian keyword IMPETUOUSNESS. He states that this symbol equates to “a dramatic rejection of any accomplishment falling at all short of very deep or hallowed purpose.”

In the flurry of these times that we are living through, in their impetuousness and sacred wonder, we must indeed constantly strive, each one of us, to aim for the very highest — as we can currently conceive it.

And if you’d like a more “artistic” slant on full moon in Aquarius, check out this post at mooncircles.com and write your own acknowledgements page (mentioned in the article)…

# 6  – And from Esther Hicks…

My favorite thing that Abraham said in Seattle last Saturday was, “Having fun on your way to it, is the reason for it.”

So I guess we’ve really got our “work” (play?) cut out for us….using things like the radiation situation mentioned in Tip # 4 as the evolutionary driver that it is and somehow making sure that evolutionary journey is fun. Suggestions or comments on how you plan to go about that in your life?

Bank of Happiness, Kim Allen, meteor showers, Byron Katie, less garbage, and Gregg Braden

PICK OF THE DAY:

This is a great idea!

http://www.npr.org/blogs/parallels/2013/07/18/200869850/At-Estonias-Bank-Of-Happiness-Kindness-Is-The-Currency

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – I got so excited while reading this article. I’d heard about Sweden’s great recycling system before, but now their eco-responsibility is even having a positive effect on surrounding countries and their garbage problems. Yea! More stuff like this, please and thank you!

http://www.pachamama.org/blog/models-of-sustainability-sweden-runs-out-of-garbage

# 2 – An article by Kim Allen that was featured in a HeartMath newsletter that focuses on how we may not have control over a circumstance, but we do have control over how we respond to it…

Even though I consider myself a competent, well-educated adult I can feel stupid around technology. Case in point is the time, several years ago, when I managed to delete everything on our new computer’s hard drive, including my son’s 10-page book report. Featured Image

How my son handled that the next morning still amazes me. “I don’t like what happened. But I don’t have to feel bad about it!” I stood there hung over from a sleepless night filled with feelings of guilt and worry… and he was, well, okay. Sure, he had to rewrite his report but in his blame-free state of mind, he got the job done in just a couple of hours before it was due while I stayed clear of the computer. He blew me away.

Maybe he was able to come up with his simple yet sublime philosophy for life because the part of the brain that analyses, compares, judges, and does just about every other function that can drive us crazy until 4 in the morning, isn’t fully developed until the late teens or early 20’s. But all these years later, it’s still his mantra.

How often do we ‘adults’ feel victimized by our circumstances? The problem is the boss; the traffic; the computer. We expect happiness to show up when ‘they’ change. When they don’t, we find something else to blame. When they do change, it doesn’t take long before we adapt. We start searching all over again for the peace, joy and success that continue to elude us. After all, isn’t blame easier than admitting we may be part of the problem?

The good news is we’re part of the solution, too. Because it’s not the circumstances but how we feel about our circumstances that matters we have a choice. This doesn’t mean we have to acquiesce to everything that crosses our path. Not feeling bad is very different from agreeing with everyone or thing. It also doesn’t mean we need to repress or suppress how we feel. Rather, it means acknowledging what is, recognizing how we feel and then moving on. No strings attached. No expectations.

When we accept that the problem may be the way we feel about the problem, we can change how we see the world and everyone around us.

I’d say I have about a B+ average on this one. Life is a work in process. And, by the way, my son got an A on that report.

Take care,
Kim Allen

# 3 – Something you may want to enjoy….

# 4 – Love Byron Katie and The Work!

“I’ve heard people say that they cling to their painful thoughts because they’re afraid that without them they wouldn’t be activists for peace. “If I feel peaceful,” they say, “why would I bother taking action at all?” My answer is “Because that’s what love does.” To think that we need sadness or outrage to motivate us to do what’s right is insane. As if the clearer and happier you get, the less kind you become. As if when someone finds freedom, she just sits around all day with drool running down her chin.
My experience is the opposite. Love is action.” – Katie

# 5 – Food for thought….an excerpt from the opening page of Gregg Braden’s book The Spontaneous Healing of Belief...

“In the instant of our first breath, we are infused with the single greatest force in the universe – the power to translate the possibilities of our minds into the reality of our world. To fully awaken our power, however, requires a subtle change in the way we think of ourselves in life, a shift in belief.
“Just the way sound creates visible waves as it travels through a droplet of water, our “belief waves” ripple through the quantum fabric of the universe to become our bodies and the healing, abundance, and peace – or disease, lack, and suffering – that we experience in life. And just the way we can tune a sound to change its patterns, we can tune our beliefs to preserve or destroy all that we cherish, including life itself.
“In a malleable world where everything from atoms to cells is changing to match our beliefs, we’re limited only by the way we think of ourselves in that world.” — Gregg Braden

Honor your body, education, Grand Sextile, your creative powers, Abraham and more

PICK OF THE DAY:

Oh boy, is this a good one for me to remember!

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – I guess we could/should also add “Don’t let your mind bully your heart.” :-)

# 2 – A good article by Access Consciousness facilitator Richard Atkinson about the connection between creativity and child-like playfulness, plus an invitation to a free call to help you get in touch with your “childish” creative powers and ability to generate more money and whatever else you want (a replay will be available if you can’t make it live)

I was in the beautiful little town of Ashland, Oregon this past week. As I was walking around town I stopped and watched some kids playing at a playground. They were having a heck of a lot of fun! Isn’t it amazing how totally present and in the moment children can be?
Children are much closer to their creative source than most adults. They have the unbridled fierceness of being fully curious and committed to creating. They don’t judge whether they’re artists or not, they just create. Until they’re told that what they draw or paint or write or express doesn’t look real or isn’t good enough.
By the time they’re 10 or 12 most children have let the fear of being judged and made wrong shut down their creativity and cut off their creative power. They come to doubt themselves and are fearful of other people’s opinions about them. They lose their full natural power to create through play.
Play and lightness  are at the heart of creativity. They speed up things being manifested and coming to you. Have you ever noticed people who are really good at what they’re doing and enjoying it? They’re in a flow of personal power – fully engaged with what they’re doing and fully open to receive what can come from it.
When you don’t doubt yourself, don’t fear judgment of others and don’t judge what you create, you’re like a child again. You’re free to create with your full power and attention. Fully aligned with what you’re doing. And when you use that creative power to bring your gifts to helping people fulfill their desires, abundant money can naturally flow to you.
I’d love to empower you to be in a greater flow with what you love to do. And make abundant money faster and easier.
Join me and my host  Catherine Garrett this Tuesday July 30th on a free telecall. Get empowered to reclaim your ‘childish’ creative powers and align them with your ability to generate money.
This call is for you if you’d like to let go of limiting beliefs getting in your way and learn practical tips you can apply immediately to make more money.
If you can’t call in at the time of the call, sign up anyway and receive the replay.
To register click the link below:
What would it take for you to join us live this Tuesday and open up
your abilities to create and receive money faster and easier?
To your infinite success,
Richard

# 3 – An interesting article about ideas and innovations that could change the world…

http://disinfo.com/2013/07/five-corporation-crushing-disruptive-technologies-that-will-empower-the-masses/

# 4 –  An astrological update by Jane Warren of The Simplified Witch on a major configuration that people have been talking about for weeks…

JULY 29, 2013 IS THE BIG ONE; THE ONE WE’VE BEEN WAITING FOR. This is when the planets – the Moon, Jupiter and Mars (both conjunct on this day), Venus, Saturn, Pluto and Neptune align to form what is known in astrology as a Grand Sextile (60% apart) or Star of David. This aspect is extremely rare (the last time one formed was at the beginning of the end of WWII – on the 7th February 1945, which showed that the conflict was coming to a close) and is considered one of the most positive aspects there is. The conjunction of Jupiter and Mars is sextile to Venus, the power of beauty, on one side, and the Moon, the power of love, on the other side. This signals the opportunity for the power of love and beauty to overcome the power of war and religion. Then the planet Saturn, materialism, is sextile to Venus, power of beauty, on one side and Pluto, the planet of transformation, on the other side. This signals the power of beauty to transform materialism. Then we have the planet Neptune, the power of our highest hopes and dreams, sextile to Pluto, the planet of transformation, on one side and the Moon, the power of love, on the other side. This signifies the power of transformation to bring about our highest hopes and dreams through the power of love.

And from Henry Seltzer at astrograph.com, more on the grand sextile, plus the last quarter moon….

Monday’s Last Quarter Moon is of great interest, in that it summarizes a powerful lunation cycle that has had an important Mercury Retrograde as well as many outer planet connections; it is also fascinating in that the Moon trines Venus to complete a grand sextile withSaturnNeptuneJupiter and Pluto. This inscribed six-pointed star within the circle of the Zodiac is a pattern also known as a Star of David. It is understandably rare and magical, and it actually consists of two interlocking grand trines, in Earth and in Water. Within these graceful flowing aspects it holds great promise for healing and peaceful energy as we end an intense month of July and take one further step toward what might in fact become a difficult fall period; punctuated as it is by another dose of Uranus and Pluto in their square formation, becoming exact on November 1st.

This Last Quarter Moon itself does not consist of entirely easy aspects. The Sun in Leo is square the Taurus Moon, and also squares Saturn in Scorpio. A T-square to the Sun, involving Saturn, implies that we are in for a somewhat difficult passage out of Mercury‘s retrograde shadow, that part of the retrograde period when Mercury is making up its lost Zodiacal longitude, its return to the degree of Cancer where it stationed at the end of June. Mercury escapes its retrograde shadow on August 4th, and until then certain vestiges of the usual symptoms will prevail, perhaps made stronger by the slowdown implied by strong Saturn: communication snafus and other mishaps and the failure of our own planning or of the mechanical and digital components on which we rely.

Simultaneously, and giving a preview of the November situation with Uranus perfectly in square with PlutoMars has moved along through Cancer to the point where it squaresUranus and opposes Pluto, each by a little over a degree. This aspect momentarily triggers these outer planet heavyweights, still in square, just not as close as they will be later on this year. We see all around us on the collective level the evidence of societal breakdown as we prepare for breakthrough; and we continue to see these effects in our own individual lives as well, effects that could be characterized as the chaos that precedes the birth.

The Sabian Symbol for this summer’s Uranus in the 13th degree of Aries is comically scary: “An unsuccessful bomb explosion,” which we must remember to take symbolically. For Pluto in the 10th degree of Capricorn the symbol is: “An albatross feeding from the hand,” for which Marc Edmond Jones has “unusual success in dramatizing the potentialities of human nature.” The albatross has come to be, for sailors, a sign of good luck; and we are all sailors.

The momentary Star of David appearing in these late July skies is a hopeful sign. Taken together with the message of these Sabian degree symbols, there forms a potent imagery of the role of free will in allowing historical opportunities to fulfill themselves. As we participate by engaging the material that we have to work with, along with the cosmic energies and the current state of consciousness of the surrounding society, we can cooperate with these factors and with each other to make something successful, if we truly try.

# 5 – And a good one from Abraham…

You are the creator of your own reality, and so you are not in jeopardy. You do not need to control the behavior of others in order for you to thrive. Your attention to things that you think they do that keeps you from your thriving is, in fact, what keeps you from your thriving… It is not what they do to you; it’s what you do to you in fear of what you think that they will do to you.—Abraham

Affirmations, dog story, solar parks & bees, Your Buddha Brain, and namaste

TIPS FOR TODAY:

# 1 – 9 affirmations for greater happiness, awareness and abundance from The Healers Journal…

By Truth | The Healers Journal

Affirmations are simple, yet powerful phrases you can repeat to yourself throughout the day in order to reprogram your conscious and subconscious mind.  They can greatly facilitate the replacement of limiting beliefs with ones that more accurately reflect your true divine nature and support a life of greater health, happiness, abundance and awareness.

I find the most powerful times to repeat affirmations are as follows:

  • Immediately upon waking in the morning.  The second you open your eyes, begin to repeat your affirmations to yourself.  This will set the tone for your day.  Furthermore, immediately upon waking, you still have greater access to the subconscious mind, which will help facilitate the transformation of your beliefs.  You may want to create some sort of reminder and keep it next to your bed as it can be difficult to remember the affirmations after intense dreams.
  • Immediately prior to going to sleep.  Setting intentions before you go to sleep allows you to work with and internalize them in the expanded state of awareness we access in the dream state.  We go deep into our subconscious minds while dreaming and a well timed affirmation just prior to dozing off can more easily penetrate the barriers that normally keep us from accessing this part of our mind.
  • During and immediately following meditations.  Meditating allows us to shut off the thinking mind and access deeper levels of awareness and focus.  In this expanded, receptive state, simple suggestions are far more powerful than normal and can penetrate and alter our limiting beliefs more easily.
  • Whenever you remember throughout the day.   The only caveat here is to not overuse the affirmations, as you risk them losing their power and meaning.  You must be open to and ready for a shift in your beliefs and awareness, otherwise no amount of repetition will change that fact.  These affirmations are profound spiritual truths and they should be treated with respect.  Explore them, learn from them, and internalize them.

1. I have unlimited abundance available to me always.

All you need to do is realize this and accept it into your life.  Examine how you may be cutting yourself off from it through conscious/subconscious beliefs.  The universe is infinitely abundant and provides us with everything we could ever need.  Only we have the ability to cut ourselves off from this through limiting beliefs.

2. I am the creator of my reality.

You are the creator of your reality and no one else.  However, until you become conscious of this fact and begin to work with it, you are giving your power to others and letting forces outside yourself strongly influence and define your reality, and so the illusion of not having full control is perpetuated.  Only when you are ready to take full responsibility for everything you have created in your life, will you be able to take full control over it.

3. I love and accept myself just as I am.

Everything is perfect, always.  You are not excluded from this.  Where you are in your spiritual development and awareness in this moment, is perfect.  There is no better than or less than, only what is.  And so everyone and everything is also perfect, no matter how dark and no matter how light.

4. I am loved and supported by the universe.

As an aspect of the Creator/God, you are unconditionally loved and supported.  All are loved unequivocally and equally.  The degree to which you experience this in your life is a reflection of the openness you have to this love.  Again, only you can choose to cut yourself off from this and only you can choose how open to the love you are.

5. I am a powerful spiritual being.

Do not underestimate your power.  Do not believe all that you have been told about what you are capable of.  Society, well meaning friends, family, and loved ones, mainstream science and the media may all tell you otherwise, but pay no heed to their words, for you, and they too, are infinitely powerful spiritual beings.  We are all at various stages in the process of remembering this truth — the truth that we are indeed capable of anything we put our focus, will and mind to.

6. I attract exactly what I need effortlessly.

Life is as easy as you allow it to be.  If you are having difficulties, ask yourself why you are creating these for yourself?  What lesson do you need to learn?  What limiting belief is keeping you from attracting exactly what you need effortlessly?  Be brutally honest with yourself — anything less is only holding YOU back, no one else.

7. I have the ability to create and achieve whatever I desire.

It is your birthright.  The Creator/God created humankind in its image and so you too are given the power to create whatever it is you desire.  And so you do, whether you are aware of it or not.  As you become more aware of your true power and begin to take greater responsibility for it, so too will you begin to wield greater power over your creations.

8. I am a spiritual being having a physical experience.

Everything originates from spirit.  Do not lose sight of the forest for the trees.  Always maintain a higher perspective on the events occurring at any given time.  This will help to keep you from getting lost and sucked into the illusion of duality and separateness.  Let your higher self/intuition guide you and you will never be led astray.

9. I am at peace with the world around me and the world is at peace with me.

As a powerful creator being, your have the choice as to what relationship you choose to have with the world around you.  Do you choose conflict and separateness, or oneness and peace?  Become aware of how you approach life and your day to day interactions, as the world around you simply reflects back to you what frequency you are broadcasting.  If you are unhappy with how the world is treating you, then change your personal perceptions and watch the world transform before your eyes.

(FYI, the Healers Journal recommends using either of the sound healings available on the Healers Journal site with your affirmations; I am not familiar with these but you may want to check them out. Apparently they are embedded with affirmations and special tones–binaural frequencies–that put your mind into a deeply receptive state, which allows for greater and more rapid transformation.  Learn more here: Soul Defragmentation and DNA Activation

# 5 – A great quote about the meaning behind “namaste.” I like the part where it says it is like blowing on the spark of God in each other.

“Blessings come in forms as simple as the greeting commonly used in India. On meeting even a total stranger, one bows and says NAMASTE: I see the divine spark within you. Here we are too often fooled by someone’s appearance, their age or illness or anger or meanness or just too busy to recognize that there is in everyone a place of goodness and integrity, no matter how deeply buried. We are too hurried or distracted to stop and bear witness to it. When we recognize the spark of God in others, we blow on it with our attention and strengthen it, no matter how deeply it has been buried or for how long. When we bless someone, we touch the unborn goodness in them and wish it well.” – Rachel Naomi Remen, in “My Grandfather’s Blessings”

Enjoy, “Zippy”
