With all the latest “next best thing” health products and services available these days, it can be overwhelming when it comes to deciding where to invest your time and money. It’s nice to know that there are many things that people can do to improve their overall health and well-being that are often very simple, all-natural, and inexpensive (even free in some cases). In fact, one of our favorite things to tell people about is not only simple, natural, and inexpensive, but also offers multiple health benefits. It’s raw apple cider vinegar, and you might be amazed at what this little “miracle in a bottle” can do. Crystal salt, coconut oil and diatomaceous earth are other things I think the whole world should know about.

So, in the spirit of the famous toast “Salud!” (as in “to your health”), the following list is offered to support you in finding your “sweet spot” for creating greater health and well-being….
