Conscious Creation at Your Fingertips

Want to be a more conscious creator, manifest more of your heart’s desires, and evoke more of your essential nature—all at the same time?

Then you might consider writing a vision! It’s easy, fun, and an effective means of transforming your life and fulfilling more of your innate potential. And you don’t need a lot of expensive equipment or years of training to write a vision—all you really need is a pen or pencil and some paper or a computer,….and the courage and determination to create the type of life a part of you knows you are meant to live!

Need more reasons for writing a vision? No problem!

It’s a great way to give the mental and emotional aspects of your personality a sense of direction and purpose, and allows them the opportunity to be powerful agents of change. It keeps them focused on things that are positive and constructive. That means less likelihood of them getting caught up in fear and “mis-creation.” It also brings them into closer alignment with what is truly important to you; in this way your thoughts and feelings begin to naturally support the fulfillment of your higher purpose and deepest desires.

And writing a vision helps clarify and give substance to your dreams and ideals, and makes them more real, more solid, more concrete. It keeps you focused on your true nature, expands your sense of Self, and naturally evokes more of your innate talents and abilities. Such a deal! And a vision gives you hands-on experience in consciously engaging the Laws of Creation, and provides you with a template for creating the life you’ve always dreamed of.

It also accelerates the manifestation process, and enables your heart’s desires to take on form more easily, quickly and gracefully. A vision makes a clear statement to the Universe about what you do want. So the Universe, in turn, automatically starts to rearrange Itself to “give/gift” you what you’ve been focusing on with your vision—namely, your heart’s desires. Many people actually spend most of their time thinking about, or preoccupied with, what they don’t want, so guess what the Universe ends up reflecting back to them!

You might compare writing a vision to consciously forming a production company with God/Source/All-That-Is, where the objective of your partnership with the Divine is to create a “movie” of you living your version of heaven on Earth. The vision you compose essentially will be the screenplay for that movie, and since you will be starring in the production, you need to be sure you come up with a really top-notch script!

You’ll also find you’re the one in the “company”/partnership with Source  who’s in charge of the movie’s direction, wardrobe, scenery, promotion, you name it. And this may seem like a lot to be responsible for, but it’s really nothing new for you. You’ve actually been handling all these jobs your whole life, just probably not in a very conscious, enlightened manner. So you might as well write a vision and start creating your “movie” and life story in a more deliberate way! Right?

And one of the great things about writing a vision is that it not only helps you in manifesting more of what is truly important to you, it also ends up enriching the planet as a whole. When you are focused on your true nature and creating your heart’s desires, you serve as a catalyst and inspiration to others, and cut an energetic pathway that makes it easier for those following behind you to live their dreams as well. So the time and effort you put into composing your vision and version of heaven on Earth has an exponential effect on planetary evolution and ends up blessing us all. The ripple effect!

So what are you waiting for?! During the New Year’s season or around your birthday (the beginning of your personal new year) are especially ideal times for writing a vision, but there is no bad time. In fact, if you are in a funk or don’t know what’s next, beginning to write a vision can often be just the thing to get you back on track to living your dreams. Now is always the perfect time for putting pen to paper (or fingers to keyboard) and coming up with a real blockbuster of a new and improved “movie” and life story for yourself. It’s been said that writing things down makes them up to 10 times more likely to actually happen. So hop to! :-)

“The aware person can determine the course of his own life plan and rewrite his drama in accordance with his own uniqueness.”Born  To Win

“The discipline of writing something down is the first step toward making it happen.”—Lee Iacocca

“There is nothing like a dream to create the future.”—Victor Hugo

“You have sole ownership of your vision. And the Universe will give you what you want within your vision. What happens with most people is that they muddy their vision with “reality”. Their vision becomes full of not only what they want but what everybody else thinks about what they want, too. Your work is to clarify and purify your vision so that the vibration that you are offering can then be answered.” —Abraham

  1. Thanks for the very practical first step to developing your vision, writing it down (or in our world texting in your smartphone or notepad) is the best first step to developing your vision!

    1. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. I always appreciate when someone takes the time to do that. And, yes, I’m definitely all for writing down your vision,….I wouldn’t have created my visioning workbook if I wasn’t. Of course I’m biased, but I think using the information, exercises, resources and vision template it contains are much better than haphazardly going about the process. And since visioning is such a creative, right-brained, feminine energy thing, I would highly recommend writing at least part of your vision “the old fashioned way.” There’s something about putting pen/pencil to paper that’s supposed to be very potent on a kinesthetic level, although using a computer certainly makes making changes/additions/revisions easier. For some reason using a smartphone for your vision doesn’t seem to really nurture an enviroment of inner reflection, expanded consciousness, and imagination conducive to calling forth your vision, but then that’s just my particular point of view. Maybe I’m just an ole fuddy-duddy. :-) Certainly whatever means you use for recording your vision is better than not doing it at all!

  2. I personally really like writing pencil to paper, it’s like the texture of a soft #2 lead pencil to paper , the only problem is, the paper quickly finds it’s want to the back seat of my car, then my trunk, then the garbage and the idea(s) is/are gone (forever). I agree with getting it down ‘the old fashion way’ when available, but don’t ever get to sit and when I do, i don’t have a pencil..

I’m definitely looking at it from the ‘logical’ left-brain perspective and I’m a man. It’s what I have to do.. where is the happy medium? I’m going to check out your workbook, maybe we can partner on a mobile or tablet-based version! ;)

    1. Yes, I have to admit there are a number of pluses to using a computer, iPad or Smartphone for composing a vision. And those devices are certainly what most people use these days, so you may be on to something w/ the idea of creating a mobile or tablet-based version of the workbook. I’m certainly open to exploring how that could happen.
